1. Provider and scope

Andrea Andreoni, Bärengasse 2, 8134 Adliswil, Switzerland (hallo@mahnly.ch), operates Mahnly as a sole proprietorship. Mahnly is a tool for payment reminders with a Swiss QR-bill. The generator needs no account. Pro sends staged reminders and stops them when an invoice is marked paid.

2. Not legal advice

The wording, the interest calculation, and the mention of enforcement are templates. Responsibility for sending stays with the customer.

3. Price and cancellation

Pro costs CHF 12 a month or CHF 120 a year, payable in advance through Stripe, by card or TWINT. The monthly plan can be cancelled for the end of the current period. A one-off TWINT year does not renew.

4. Customer duties

The IBAN, recipient, language, and amount must be correct. A reminder fee may be claimed only if it is owed.

5. Liability

For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential duties, and only up to the amount you paid for Pro in the three months before the loss. Intent, gross negligence, and personal injury remain reserved.

6. Law and venue

Swiss law applies. The venue is Adliswil, unless a mandatory venue applies.
