A QR-bill on the reminder
QR-IBAN, reference, and the payment part under the SIX standard.

Since October 2022, only the QR-bill
The red and orange slips have been out of use since 1 October 2022. The reminder carries the QR-bill payment part, not a free QR code somewhere in the text. Mahnly uses the open-source library swissqrbill, which draws the payment part to the SIX implementation guidelines.
IBAN or QR-IBAN
A QR-IBAN is recognised by the IID, positions 5 to 9: it lies between 30000 and 31999. A QR-IBAN requires a 27-digit QR reference with a check digit. With an ordinary IBAN the QR reference is not allowed. The reference stays empty, or an ISO 11649 creditor reference (SCOR) is used. With an ordinary IBAN, Mahnly puts the invoice number in the message and builds a QR reference only for a QR-IBAN.
Amount and printing
The amount on the payment part should be the sum you are demanding now: invoice plus stated interest plus stated fee. Print the payment part at original size on the lower half of an A4 sheet. Shrinking it makes it unreliable at the counter and in mobile banking.
